On May 16th, 2007, Palm Springs Holdings’ Board Board Chairman Mr Zeng Wei and Vice Board Chairman Yang Rongrong, together with Mr Greg from Starwood Group, cut the ribbon at the ground-breaking ceremony of the Sanya Palm Springs International Resort Project.
