Four Seasons Private Apartments Beijing Launches Its Sale at a starting price of 16Million RMB2009-12-06
Four Seasons residential project in Beijing officially start its sale in Hongkong yesterday.
(Roundup)(Sing Tao) Cooperatively developed by Evergreen Pte., Ltd and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, the Four Seasons Private Apartments Beijing settled its foot in Hongkong yesterday for its sales launch event. With a starting price of 16Million RMB/unit, the event had admitted nearly 500 visitors, along with 20 units being sold on record. The close at the highest price had reached 8175Yuan/square inch. Of all the purchasers, half of which were HongKong citizens, and the other half were foreigners and customers from mainland China.
Chen YongJie, the Senior Managing Director of Cetraline’s Residential Department had indicated that Four Seasons Private Apartments Beijing, cooperatively developed by Evergreen and Four Seasons had entrusted Centraline real estate agency to launch the event in Hongkong yesterday, with the lowest unit price of 16Million RMB. Statistics had shown that the number of visitors reached 500.
A lively atmosphere has seen at the sales event. According to Mr. Chen YongJie, 20 units has been sold yesterday as a single day record. The purchasers include Hongkong citizens, foreigners and buyers from mainland China. The highest transaction price reached 8175yuan, with a 4-bedroom unit in the east tower. Chen added, the developer had only released the east tower for sale yesterday, and may release units from west tower due to successful transaction rate.
Four Seasons project in Beijing includes a Four Seasons Hotel of nearly 650,000square feet, a Citic Securities Building of nearly 750,000 Square feet, a Four Seasons Private Apartments, and a reconstruction of a trendy shopping center. Four Seasons Private Apartments Beijing consists of two towers, one on the east, and the other on the west. There are a total of 206 units of different sizes, ranging from 2605 to 3423 Square feet. The apartment includes 16 duplex units reaching the size of 6000 Square feet. There is a clubhouse providing comprehensive facilities and services managed by Four Seasons.
Executives from Evergreen Pte., Ltd including the Chairman and CEO of Phoenix TV Liu ChangLe, another executive Mr. Zeng Wei and Chairman of Sino Group Mr. Huang ZhiXiang, as well as executives from Four Seasons Corporation will be attending this event today, announcing the project’s latest plan.
