Chongqing Palm Springs International Garden Project Wins Honorable Awards2007-11-10
Palm Springs International Garden gets approval of the on-site evaluation of “Model Community of Property Management of China” organized by Ministry of Construction of China and wins the award of “Model Community of Property Management of China” on Nov. 10th, 2007.
Ministry of Construction of China is responsible for the organization of the evaluation and gives the award of “Model Community of Property Management of China”. The evaluation covers eight aspects, including fundamental management, settlement management and maintenance, public infrastructure management, security, fire prevention and vehicle management, sanitation management, gardening and greening management, civic awareness and management achievement. These eight aspects consist of 59 detailed evaluation rules. “Model Community of Property Management of China” is the highest award for the property management in China and is titled as the “Oscar Award” chased by many domestic management corporations.
Besides the winning of “Model Community of Property Management of China”, Palm Springs International Garden won titles of “Model Community of Property Management of Northern New District of Chongqing” and “Model Community of Property Management of Chongqing” in 2006.
