On May 15, 2008, Palm Springs Holdings Co., Ltd. held the “Love Express to Disaster Area” donation ceremony in Beijing Palm Springs International Apartment. As the sponsor of the ceremony, Palm Springs Holdings received full support from all its staff and proprietors of Palm Springs.

On the afternoon of May 12, when people in Beijing, Hainan, Gansu and many other provinces and cities across the country had experienced a small shake and were still in panic, sad news came that a magnitude-7.8 earthquake had stricken Wenchuan County in Sichuan Province, shocking people all over the country. Along with the rescue work, the actual situations in the disaster areas were brought before all Chinese people: Necessary social aids are in emergent need due to the shortage of water, food and medical materials.
President , the top leader of Palm Springs Holdings, immediately decided to donate RMB 3 million yuan to the disaster area on receiving this bad news. In response, all staff of the company volunteered to organize donating activities to pool everyone’s love to help the victims of this natural disaster.
At 10 o’clock on the morning of May 15, 2008, on behalf of the victims of this natural disaster, leaders of the Representative Office of Sichuan Province in Beijing will accept the donation from the President, all the staff of Palm Springs Holdings and the proprietors of Beijing Palm Springs International Apartment. At that time, President Zeng will deliver a speech on behalf of the company and convey the donation to the disaster areas as soon as possible, and pledge to pay close attention to the rescue progress continuously.
The donation ceremony is not only for the collection of love from Palm Springs Holdings and the proprietors, but also embodies the unity spirit of all Chinese people-We are one family, and we still have love against the natural disaster..
