Reservation & Cancellation
The spa is open from 11:00 to 23:00, while the last reservation is taken at 22:30. Appointments cancelled with less then 3 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved treatment cost. In the event your are late for your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to make accommodations, but the treatment time may be shortened or re-scheduled
Etiquette &Special Consideration
The spa is a retreat for your body, mind and spirit. Our of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum and refrain form smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages within the spa premises. If you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, allergies, are pregnant, or have any other medical conditions, we may advise you to consult a doctor before signing up for any spa service.
